Our company is not based locally to you. Does that matter?
Absolutely not. We design and build websites to clients who are based anywhere. In fact, the majority of our existing clients are not ‘local’ to us. We have clients all across the UK, and have built great websites for clients in the USA and New Zealand.
Distance is no object whatsoever, as we can chat and talk easily by phone, Skype or chat messenger. We can email you something just as fast to London or New Zealand as we can to a local company 1 mile down the road.
Is a deposit required to start my project?
Yes. Thisworks requires a 50% deposit to commence work on your website project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, and your approval.
How long will it take to complete my website?
The answer to this question will vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Generally, we can give you an estimated timeline for your project, and if you need to have your site completed faster, let us know.
Can you set up our email accounts?
Yes, our website hosting and management agreement covers email account creation, and on-going support. We can help you setting & configuring up new accounts. If you want to retain any existing emails, this also can easily be arranged. We’ll talk to you about all this anyway, so rest assured your email situation will be perfectly set up to suit your needs.
Can you guarantee me a page 1 ranking on Google?
It is important to understand that THISWORKS will not engage in tactics that breach the rules set forth by search engine guidelines, this would only promote short-term benefit while threatening your site’s long-term viability via the search engines. Instead, THISWORKS focuses on best-practice on-site and off-site optimization techniques that have proven results.
Search Engine Optimization is an ever-changing arena. THISWORKS does not guarantee specific search engine ranking. No SEO company can, and any that do are making false promises. THISWORKS will work to ensure that as ranking algorithms change, we will carefully work to understand these changes and make tactical adjustments accordingly.
